"Mark, hi. A quick note to thank you and aaametalsuppliers for the railing kit which was EXCELLENT.
Everything was perfect (and really well packaged). The installation kit was brilliant and included everything necessary and more. The instructions were clear and comprehensive.
Because of the nature of the slope and steps, cutting the posts to length was a bit of a challenge, as was packing under the base plates but, thanks to the instructions, there was nothing that a very unskilled handyman (76 years old) couldn’t figure out.
The only thing I think you might add to the instructions is that if you need to cut the posts (or rail) with a hacksaw, a hose-clamp makes a perfect guide.
Prior to contacting you guys I had got a quote for the job from a local railing specialist for over $1800. I finished up doing the job myself for 50% of that! Thanks. And feel free to use me as a satisfied customer."

My wife shattered her knee cap last year and needs rails to get up and down the steps. Took me a while to work out what we wanted, but luckily found you.
